1:1 MTB coaching sessions are tailored to each individual and run across the Melbourne/Geelong regions. Whether you're wanting to gain some fundamental skills to improve confidence on the trail or looking to improve style and speed. A 1:1 coaching session allows me to help you achieve your personal goals. ARRIVAL/MEETING INFORMATION Please arrive 10min prior to commencement. This is important to establish goals, and expectations. WHAT TO BRING A bicycle in good working order (front suspension highly recommended). A well fitted Australian approved helmet. Sufficient water and food for the duration of the session. Enclosed shoes. Yourself with a smile! Please note: As always, the more protective gear the better. We recommend knee pads and elbow pads, but this is not enforced. INSURANCE We strongly recommended taking out Aus Cycling insurance. Take advantage of their free 4-week trial!
